This year, we are excited about restructuring camp to make space for the most possible participants but also to make camp developmentally appropriate for our middle school and high school students. Camp is a formational time for us as a district. Here are the basic details (camps are based on the grades students just completed as of Spring 2017):

Location: Quapaw, OK

Grades: Students Completing 8th-12th Grade in the 2016-2017 school year

Cost: $280 Regular Registration (Deposit of $50 must be paid between January 1-June 25)

          $270 Multi-Kid Registration (Deposit of $50 must be paid between January 1-June 25)

          $330 Late Registration (Deposit of $50 must be paid between June 26-July 11)


District scholarships of up to $75 are available on a need basis first and then by the order the application was received. This application process is completely online this year; please see all the links below. Students must be registered for camp and have paid their $50 deposit to qualify. Applications must be submitted by May 18, 2017 and recipients will be contacted by June 1st.


Churches are responsible for their own transportation and should include lunch plans for your group coming down and returning home. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 17th. Camp concludes on Friday July 21st at 11:00 AM.  All remaining balances will be due as ONE church check to KCD NYI during Check-in.


All campers and counselors will also need to bring a signed Sky Ranch Participant Agreement to camp. Adults wishing to serve as camp counselors should register here.

          34 Cabin Leaders

            2 Nurses

            1 Videographer

            1 Night Watchman/woman


Youth Pastors/Leaders and adult volunteers will only pay $105 for camp; this may be paid by your local church. This amount will be due as part of your church check at time of check-in.


Mandatory Trainging:

             Metro Location: TBD: Saturday, April 29th; Saturday, June 3rd

             Topeka Location: TBD: Saturday, May 13th


Optional Additional Cost:

             $6 Zipline or Skeet

             $11 Laser Tag

             $16 Horse Rides, Paintball
